IAWBH Conference, Canberra, 3-5 June 2026
Recently, members of the BRIDGES at Work team attended the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment Conference in Canberra, 3-5 June 2026. Our Watch convened a panel at the conference, focused on ‘Preventing Sexual Harassment and Sex-Based Violence in the Future of Work’. Team member Anu Mundkhur was the panel convenor, and Michelle Tuckey was a featured speaker. Panel members discussed the role of technology in workplace abuse and harassment, and how this might be addressed, as well as the need to collaboratively design policy and practice. There was important dialogue between different areas of expertise, which is crucial for addressing complex challenges such as workplace sexual harassment. Bringing together expert perspectives to collaborate in addressing this challenge also reflects the approach we are taking in the BRIDGES at Work project.

And Charlotte Lindo, PhD candidate, presented on her development of a framework for effective participation in organisational interventions.
