PhD student joins the BRIDGES at Work project

Welcome to Charlotte Lindo who has joined the project and is now undertaking a PhD program.

Charlotte joined the BRIDGES at Work team in March 2025 while commencing her PhD at the University of South Australia using co-design and organisational interventions to create systemic safety in the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. Titled: Creating safe and inclusive workplaces together: More than (just) policies and training?

Charlotte completed her Master of Science in Organisational Psychology at King’s College London in 2024. She also brings experience from working in both the mental health and domestic violence sectors.
